NoiseCast Privacy Policy

Information Stored on Your Device

NoiseCast stores the user’s settings locally on the device, such as the noise color, the sleep timer and the theme.

NoiseCast does not require an account. This information is not sent to ET Software Studio Inc. Users can remove it by deleting the app.

Permissions

• Local network — If the user allows it, NoiseCast uses it to find Cast speakers on the Wi-Fi network. The user can turn it off in iOS Settings.

Other Third-Party Services

• Google Cast — NoiseCast uses the Google Cast SDK to play on Cast speakers. The SDK sends Google anonymized usage and diagnostic information. The Google Privacy Policy governs how Google handles it.

Sharing

ET Software Studio Inc. does not collect or sell users’ personal information. NoiseCast shows no ads and does not track users.

ET Software Studio Inc. requires service providers that process information for NoiseCast to protect it consistently with this policy and applicable law.

Retention

The data in section 1 stays on the device until the user deletes the app. Google keeps the information it processes according to its own policies.

Children

NoiseCast is a general-purpose app and is not directed to children under 13. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

This policy changes when NoiseCast’s features, third-party services or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top shows the latest version.
